WOW! What an amazing experience I had this past week in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The setup was incredible, the food was delicious and the people were so friendly. I met some really talented filmmakers while in Brazil and the event’s organizer, Duda Escobar, announced our private workshops coming to Brazil in the near future. A HUGE thank you to Duda, Yeda, Eduardo and the entire team for making this a successful event. Below are some images from the packed seminar..

On June 28th, a group of cinematographers came together from all over the United States and as far as The Netherlands to take part in our first ever cinema workshop. The goal of the workshop was to put on one of the most realistic and hands-on training environments available today for wedding and event cinematographers. From the bride/ groom preps in the vice-presidential suite to the amazing backdrops for the backlawn ceremony, the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables was the perfect venue to host this workshop. All of the attendees came in with an open and positive mind, with skill levels ranging from beginner to advanced. Jessica and I were truly humbled by the experience and enjoyed meeting all of our new friends. A special thank you to Jackie Ohh and the Biltmore Hotel for making the workshop a flawless event.
